If the goods you received do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them. Here you will find the conditions, deadlines and steps for return and claim.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Right of withdrawal within 14 days<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Under the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer \u2014 a natural person has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without stating a reason and without owing compensation or a penalty.<\/p>

The period starts from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. When the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Under Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>

  • Goods made to the consumer's order or according to their individual requirements \u2014 for example metal products and boxes made to specified dimensions.<\/li>
  • Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.<\/li><\/ul>

    These exceptions apply only to the right of withdrawal. The right to claim for a defect or non-conformity remains in force.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3. How to return goods<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Notify us within 14 days at info@atela07shop.com or at +359 87 867 8603, indicating:<\/p>

    • The order number.<\/li>
    • Which items you wish to return.<\/li>
    • A bank account for refunding the amount when paying by cash on delivery.<\/li><\/ul>

      After confirmation from us, send the goods to: Plovdiv, 7 Asen Hristoforov St.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      4. Condition of the returned goods<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      The goods must be returned in a merchantable condition \u2014 without signs of use, damage or installation, with the original packaging and accompanying documents preserved.<\/p>

      The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      5. Return costs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, except where the goods are defective, damaged or delivered by mistake \u2014 in these cases we cover the costs.<\/p>

      Please note that for bulky and heavy metal products the transport costs may be significant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      6. Refund<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      We refund the amount paid within 14 days<\/strong> from the date on which we were notified of the withdrawal. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of dispatch.<\/p>

      The amount is refunded by bank transfer to an account indicated by you. The initial delivery costs are refunded up to the amount of the cheapest standard method offered by us.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      7. Claim for a defect or wrong delivery<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
