All products purchased from Atela07 come with a statutory warranty of conformity. Here you will find what the warranty covers, the applicable periods and how to file a claim.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Statutory warranty of conformity<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

As a consumer \u2014 a natural person, you benefit from a statutory warranty of conformity of the goods under Bulgarian law implementing the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019\/771.<\/p>

The warranty covers non-conformities of the goods with the sales contract that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within the warranty period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Warranty period<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2 years<\/strong> from the date of delivery of the goods for consumers \u2014 natural persons.<\/p>

During the first year after delivery, the non-conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise. After this period, the burden of proof lies with the consumer.<\/p>

For purchases by legal entities and traders, the rules of the Commerce Act and the terms agreed between the parties apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. What the warranty covers<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Manufacturing defects in the material or workmanship.<\/li>
  • Non-conformity of the delivered goods with the description, type, quantity or quality specified at the time of ordering.<\/li>
  • Absence of characteristics that were stated or are customary for this type of product.<\/li>
  • Defects in welds, protective coating or mechanisms of metal boxes and structures.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    4. What the warranty does not cover<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Normal wear and tear during ordinary use.<\/li>
    • Damage caused by improper installation, storage or use other than intended.<\/li>
    • Mechanical damage, impacts, deformations or loading beyond the permissible limit.<\/li>
    • Corrosion resulting from unsuitable storage conditions, an aggressive environment or a damaged protective coating after delivery.<\/li>
    • Damage occurring during transport arranged by the buyer.<\/li>
    • Products that have been altered, modified or repaired by third parties.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      5. How to file a claim<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      The claim is submitted in writing to info@atela07shop.com or by phone at +359 87 867 8603. Please attach:<\/p>

      • Order number or proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).<\/li>
      • A brief description of the identified problem.<\/li>
      • Photos of the defect, where applicable.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        6. Handling the claim<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        We register every claim and notify you of the outcome within 30 days of its submission.<\/p>

        For a justified claim, you have the right to choose between repair<\/strong> or replacement<\/strong> of the goods. Where repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a price reduction<\/strong> or termination of the contract<\/strong> and a refund of the amount paid.<\/p>

        The costs of return and re-delivery for a justified claim are at our expense.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        7. Custom-made products<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Products manufactured to individual dimensions and specifications are also subject to a warranty of conformity with the agreed parameters. The warranty does not cover non-conformities arising from inaccurate dimensions or specifications provided by the customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
