1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the merchant and consumers in connection with the purchase of goods through the online shop available at atela07shop.com.<\/p>\n

  • Merchant<\/strong> \u2014 the company operating the atela07shop.com online shop.<\/li>\n
  • Consumer<\/strong> \u2014 any natural or legal person who uses the site and\/or orders goods.<\/li>\n
  • Goods<\/strong> \u2014 the metal products and related items offered in the shop.<\/li>\n
  • Order<\/strong> \u2014 a request to purchase one or more goods, submitted by the consumer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4.1. The consumer places an order by adding the desired goods to the cart and confirming the order.<\/p>\n

    4.2. The contract of sale is deemed concluded at the moment the merchant confirms the order.<\/p>\n

    4.3. The merchant is entitled to refuse or amend an order in the event of lack of stock, an obvious error in the price or inability to fulfil it, notifying the consumer accordingly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    5. Prices and payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    5.1. All prices are stated in euro (\u20ac), VAT included.<\/p>\n

    5.2. The payment methods are described in detail in the \u201cDelivery and payment\u201d section.<\/p>\n

    5.3. The merchant is entitled to change prices; such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    6. Delivery<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The terms, timeframes and prices for delivery are described in detail in the \u201cDelivery and payment\u201d section. Delivery is carried out by the courier companies Econt and Speedy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    7. Right of withdrawal and returns<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    7.1. Under the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n

    7.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> to goods made to individual order or clearly personalised according to the consumer\u2019s requirements (e.g. metal products made to specified dimensions), pursuant to Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n

    7.3. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in merchantable condition, undamaged and with the packaging preserved. The cost of return is borne by the consumer, unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly.<\/p>\n

    7.4. The merchant refunds the amount paid within 14 days of being notified of the withdrawal. Details are set out in the \u201cReturn policy\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    8. Warranty and complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    8.1. The goods carry a statutory guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Protection Act. The consumer has the right to file a complaint if the goods do not conform.<\/p>\n
