At Atela07 we aim to get the metal products you ordered to you quickly, reliably and intact. Here you will find detailed information about delivery methods, timeframes, prices and payment options.
Delivery
We deliver across the entire territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through the licensed courier companies Econt Express and Speedy. When placing an order you can choose delivery to an address or to a courier office.
Delivery time
Standard items in stock are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation, and the usual delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.
For made-to-order items (for example metal boxes with custom dimensions) the timeframe is agreed individually and confirmed before production begins.

For bulky or heavy shipments (for example rebar, sheet metal and pipes in large quantities) the delivery cost may be specified separately according to weight and dimensions. In such cases we will contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
Inspecting the shipment
You have the right to inspect the contents of the shipment on receipt (the “inspection” service). We recommend checking the integrity of the products in the presence of the courier. If damage from transport is found, record it in the courier’s handover protocol.
Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods:
Cash on delivery
You pay the value of the order in cash to the courier when you receive the shipment. This is the most commonly used payment method.
Bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer to the company’s account. Once the order is confirmed you will receive the payment details. The shipment is dispatched after the amount is credited to the account.

Prices and VAT
All prices in the shop are listed in euro (€) and are VAT inclusive (20%). Atela07 is registered under the VAT Act. We issue an invoice for every order on request — please provide your company details when ordering.
